How to use
Brush your teeth thoroughly for 2 minutes, twice a day, placing the LED Bite in your mouth for 1 minute after brushing.
Tip: for an extra intensive whitening boost, apply a small amount of the toothpaste onto the bite directly and put it in your mouth for 10 minutes.
This can be done once a week along with the White Shock daily routine.
